Installments for Payments

With Sağlam Card you can split any transaction of 100 TL and over into instalments between 2 and 12.

Sağlam Card divides health and education sector payments into 5 equal instalments.

Define and Change Your Number of Instalments

To change your number of instalments with SMS, you can use any operator and write Taksit (meaning "instalment"), leave a space, write the last 4 digits of your card number, leave a space and write the number of instalments you wish to use. Then send the text to 2848.**

For example: "Taksit 1234 6" >> 2848. You will receive an information message telling you that the number of your instalments has been changed.

*Pursuant to the “Regulation regarding Bank Cards and Credit Cards and per our Banking Practices, we allow a maximum of;

• 6 installments for purchases of electronic appliances;
• 3 installments for purchases at airlines, travel agencies, or for transportation or accommodation purposes;
• 9 installments for purchases of healthcare products.

Expenses related to telecommunications, direct marketing, overseas transactions, food, groceries, fuel, cosmetics, office equipment, transactions not encompassing physical goods or services such as gift cards and gift vouchers, payments for gold, silver, foreign currency, taxes, insurance, invoices and membership costs cannot be divided into instalments.

Offline contactless/non-contactless transactions cannot be split into installments.

For other sectors without any limit on installments, the maximum number of installments that can be used is 12.
