How can you increase your Sağlam Card limit?
After connecting to our Kuveyt Türk Customer Contact Center at 444 0 123, you can request a limit increase by saying “Credit card limit change” via IVR.
You can also visit any Kuveyt Türk branch with an income certificate, to request a limit increase.
If you are deemed eligible for a limit of 30,000 TL on your Sağlam Card, you can ask to get a Sağlam Card Platinum from your branch to benefit from the privileges of the Platinum world.
Your request will be reviewed by our bank and your limit will be increased if deemed appropriate.
As per legislation, your collective credit card limit for all banks may not be more than twice your average monthly net income in the first year and more than four times your monthly income in the following years.
How can you learn your Sağlam Kart limit?
You can find your Sağlam card limit in the cardholder to which your card is attached, and in your monthly statement.
You can also find your Sağlam card limit via the Kuveyt Türk Internet-Mobile Branch, by dialing 444 0 123 to contact the Kuveyt Turk Customer Contact Center or visiting a Kuveyt Türk Branch.
If you have more than one card, your limit will equate to the sum of all your cards.
For example, when you have both the Sağlam Card Classic and Sağlam Card Platinum:
- Your Sağlam Card Classic Limit : 3,000 TL
- Your Sağlam Card Platinum Limit : 15,000 TL
- That makes your customer limit 18,000 TL.
What is the Limit for Supplementary Cards?
There is no separate limit for supplementary cards. All purchases made and cash advances withdrawn using the supplementary card use your Sağlam Card Limit.
